Jessica Huff believes that individuals making significant financial decisions deserve personalized, top-tier representation. Holding her real estate license since 2012, she has committed her career to delivering tailored, concierge-style service to her clients.
In 2020, Jessica founded KAI Realty with a core mission of offering clients representation by exceptionally skilled, knowledgeable, and ethical professionals. Proficient in both residential and commercial real estate, Jessica has successfully assisted clients across Washington DC, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and South Florida. Her expertise spans investment sales, acquisitions, dispositions, tough negotiations, and tenant representation leasing.
With a strong focus on marketing and networking, Jessica leverages her years of experience to understand and meet her clients' needs effectively. She excels in matchmaking larger transactions by identifying key aspects and delivering innovative solutions, often collaborating with skilled professionals including developers, REITs, brokers, and others. Referrals are a key strength for Jessica, as clients and investors trust in her ability and willingness to co-broke with other brokers.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Jessica is deeply passionate about giving back to the community. She actively supports organizations like Lotus House, The Baltimore Child Abuse Center, The Bea Gaddy Family Center, House of Ruth, and Junior Achievement. A portion of her earnings from each transaction is dedicated to these causes, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact.
